Apples contain a lot of fiber, oranges have vitamins, strawberries have the sugar necessary and grapefruit has high water content. Each of these fruits has something special to offer. Dieting does not mean that you lack the basic nutritional values, especially if you are losing weight so fast. It is best to eat healthy and eat right and this is exactly why the HCG diet recommends these fruits.


Is It Okay To Have Other Fruits?

Having other fruits will do no damage but the diet is made of specific foods and works on a fixed pattern. It is better not to break that pattern. Other fruits might not match the dynamics or may be higher in calories. This can hinder the way the diet works. Thus, it is better to stick to the fruits that they have told us to eat which are apples, oranges, grapefruit and strawberries.
