If possible try to drink a glass of water after every fifteen minutes throughout the day. If will not only suppress your hunger but also increase your metabolism rate, which is excellent for losing weight.

Eat Small Meals throughout the Day

In order to keep yourself fulfilled, you should eat several times during the day. That meal should be a small one and a healthy one. Consider eating fresh fruits and vegetables. You can eat them in lot of quantity as well if you feel an appetite.

These three tips will definitely help you in losing weight in short space of time. Just remember to avoid junk food and soft drinks at all costs.
