  3. Start dieting and follow your diet. Don’t try to add things to it unnecessarily because nutritionists and doctors make diets very specifically and if you are following a good one, better stick to only that if you want to lose weight.
  4. Be patient. Losing weight does not happen overnight and sometimes the scale does not move and then two weeks water all at once it does. Stranger things have happened while dieting so no need to panic! Just diet and exercise along with it for best results. You won’t be dissatisfied!

Crash dieting is one of the phenomenon that everyone is trying to throttle.
