Five hundred calories per day is like having five to six apples in a day only. So be prepared for that. This diet is not for the weak minded. There Are No Side Effects
You would think that with such fast weight loss, there are bound to be some side effects to this but there actually are none. The diet does not have any chemicals that can harm your body and you are doing most of the work yourself such as reducing calorie intake. The drops are just there to boost metabolism and also decrease the appetite.  A few people complained of headaches but that is natural in any diet one follows. When you suddenly reduce the amount of food you are eating, it does lead to irritability.
