The HCG diet’s mechanism is such that if we exercise, it will actually slow down or completely stop the weight loss process. This is one of the basic reasons why the HCG diet is so famous. Lazy and obese people do not exercise which is why most of their diets fail to work out or produce results. With the HCG diet, the possibility of that is not possible since exercise is forbidden altogether. We can walk around or take a stroll now and then but strenuous exercise and visiting the gym is a big no for us if we are on the HCG diet. Think of that fellow dieters, before you pick a diet!
