Just a few days ago, a nine year old girl came up to me and asked me what kind of diet she should follow. She must have heard from me talking to her mother about it. It might take a longer time and they might have to diet for a really long time but they will be able to lose weight. Thus, we can lose weight without exercise.

Those who really need to lose weight should think of putting both these things together and devising a plan. When you select a diet, they usually tell you how much exercise is required daily or perhaps three times a week, depending on how much weight you want to lose and what kind of diet you are following. Nonetheless, even if a diet does not mention any exercise, try to research certain exercises yourself which can clench your stomach or tone your thighs and arms. If you really want to look thin, you have to do these things.

Do Not Starve…
It is absolutely the worst mistake you can make if you begin to starve yourself rather than dieting a little and exercising. Starving yourself will only make you more irritable and will lower your metabolic rate. Eventually, you will only be irritating yourself and not losing any weight as well.
