Drink the healthy and fresh juices if need be but if your beverage is an entire carton of juice which is not exactly fresh and has a lot of added sugar, coloring and preservatives to it, it is not the best option for you.

The Best Beverage To Have
The best beverage that you can have is water. It is the most refreshing drink out of all and it is one that will always be beneficial for you, no matter what. If you drink water before every meal, not only will you be filling your stomach and making less space for water but you will also be aiding your digestive system as well by doing so. It also decreases appetite gradually as you begin to eat less. Water is a refreshing stimulant and you should take full benefits from it. It is right there in your house!

Minty Beverages
They are also something you should be careful with because minty beverages not only contain mint but have sugar as well as sodas mixed up in them sometimes. You think you are having a healthy drink but in reality you really are not. They have many calories in them too and if you want the benefit of mint, have mint leaves rather than a mint beverage unless it contains that and water and perhaps a bit of lemon. But other than that, try to stick to better beverages if you are fond of them. There is green juice which is terrific and made from vegetables only, there is pure orange juice made at home as well as milkshakes without sugar.
