Workout For The Hips
This area concerns men but since it is the main area of storing fat for women, they are more likely to be concerned about a workout for the hips. Again, no equipment is required and you can do this right at home in a corner somewhere. The perfect workout for the hips is to do a set of squats. Squats will not only help you immensely in reducing the fat from the hip but it will also give it a good shape and is pretty good for women to avoid back pain when they reach their fifties or in menopausal state. It is when you bend your knee so that the leg and the thigh are adjacent but keeps your back straight while doing it and then rise up after staying like that for a second or two. Other exercises require dumbbells which also do not cost that much either and most people have them at home – they can be of one kilogram or more.

A full body workout would require doing all of these things together or perhaps doing sets of bench presses and maybe running on the treadmill if possible. A full body workout always consists of a workout of all parts of the body so it is up to you to decide how many reps in one set and how many sets of each exercise are you willing to do!
