  • The first thing you need to do is get an electronic or digital weighing machine. There are a lot of people who will believe that this isn’t that important but just trust this, it is! You should get an electronic balance which will tell you exactly what your weight is, even in decimal. It will help you figure out the pounds too which is not exactly clear in a machine which only has the kilogram factor in it. And having a digital is way better, it shows you the clear cut number there and then rather than squinting your eyes, changing angles, figuring out whether the line is on 72 or 73 kg or does it fall between it. With a digital balance, you will know that it is 72.4 kg! Won’t that be good for you?
  • Get into the habit of checking your weight early morning, right after you have washed your face and been to the bathroom and done your business. However, make sure it is before breakfast though. The weight you check in the morning is the weight you are actually. If it increases during the day, it could be water weight, clothes, the food in your stomach and what not. But the weight you check in the morning is the weight you should go with. Don’t be afraid of checking it daily, you should check it daily to know what rate you are losing weight at and whether or not the diet is working.
