  2. Be Determined
    You need to be very determined in order to ensure that you do not cheat on your diet or do not give up after a day or two. There are so many men and women who get tired after two days and just give in to their cravings. You need to stay motivated and just remind yourself that you need to get rid of the problem of obesity once and for all. Once you have decided to get rid of it, you will get rid of it and not leave it for later. You need to move on to other plans in your life, not stay stuck on this one!
  3. Actually follow the plan you formulated
    The next step is to actually put the plan in action. You can be determined and make the plan but what good is it if the plan stays in theory and does not get some action!
  4. Do Not Give Up
    This is so very important and comes in determination as well. Follow the three day rule if you may. Do your diet for three days and then see how easy it is to actually follow it the fourth day. The diet does not change but it is just that you become used to it and after the third day, your appetite also lessens and you become stronger as well.

Just Get In
You need to just get in the cycle of dieting and end up completing it as well. It helps immensely if you have a friend with you who can encourage you and it also becomes easier to do the diet if you are not alone. You just need to get in the program of dieting

Just Get Fit
Once you’re in the cycle of dieting, do not leave it until you are the definition of fitness you were looking for. Do not leave the dieting or cheat on it because you need to finally get fit once and for all and not repeat the cycle.

Just Get On With Life!
Just think about it this way, you will not have to repeat this diet again if you get fit and you can finally get on with life and not think about obesity and its problems! You will of course have to maintain your diet but other than that, you won’t have to repeat the strenuous diet you once followed. But following that diet is much better than worrying about fitness all the time!
