Thus, only having fruits can be dangerous. Fruits do not have proper protein in them and they will only suffice you in the carbohydrate content or maybe even fiber. But other than that, diets which have only fruits in them are to be avoided.

Although many diets cannot stop emphasizing on the importance of proteins and although it may be that way as well, it still does not make it okay that you only have proteins in your diet. People do the Atkins diet without proper research. They think that it only has proteins and then they plan their meals according to that. But even the Atkins diet has some carbohydrates and fiber in it! Protein may be the most important nutrient there is for body development and health but doing diets which have only protein is not at all healthy. Again, you will be deficit in many vitamins and minerals and it can only lead to problems in health.

The Diets Which Have Only One Constant Thing
There are numerous diets which have only one constant thing. And although they may make you lose weight, it is probable that you will gain it back again when you revert to the usual things you used to eat. For example, the banana diet in which you have only bananas. That is quite dangerous and even if done for three to four days, it is not at all good for health. There is also the cabbage soup diet and other such diets which have only one constant thing you eat. That is not at all good for health. This is the major reason why most people complain that they are experiencing massive hair loss or skin problems. The truth is that no matter what diet you do, you will experience some hair loss because weight fluctuation causes it. Nonetheless, experiencing massive hair loss only comes if you’re doing the wrong diet.

You must be wondering what diet is left to do if all the diets are taken out of the equation. You must follow a diet which provides healthy nutrients at least. The quantity of the meals can be less but you should be eating everything that is part of the food pyramid. Even some fats should not be taken out of your diet, if you can have them in controlled amounts on every alternate day. If you want to select a diet, select one that suits you and your needs and which has the proper foods in it. You should see that it also fulfilling your vitamin requirements.
