You have to follow the diet and go through the dieting period, no matter how long it is. You have to be truthful to the diet and to yourself, even if the diet is for a period of six weeks or more!

Hence, of the three, the dieter is perhaps the one which carries the most importance. The dieter has to be wise and strong. It is not easy to diet. A lot of will power is required and in the end, it all depends on how much you can stop yourself from eating what you like as opposed to eating what you must. The dieter also has to be good with exercise and schedule because of course, if one wants to lose weight in the proper manner, exercise should be done. Otherwise the skin can sag. Nonetheless, the dieter has to be strong and determined enough so that the dieting can go well and the choice of diet can also be smartly selected.

As you can see, if all three are good to each other, the relationship can be pretty successful! Imagine it yourself! The dieter has selected a perfect diet which is easy for him to follow and he is willing to eat everything on the list. The dieting goes well too because of it. Do the math and see where it leads to; a successful relationship where weight loss occurs. Achievement unlocked!
